The complaint alleges that the tractor-trailer unit of the defendant-third-party plaintiff Liberty Fast Freight Co., Inc., in negligent operation, collided on the Albany-Saratoga highway with a vehicle in which plaintiff was riding with resulting injury to plaintiff.
