DALY, J.

In this action for personal injuries, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. From the judgment rendered thereon the defendants have appealed. In the assignments of error they claim that the court erred in its charge to the jury as well as in its refusal to charge as requested, in its denial of their motion to set the verdict aside, and in rulings on evidence.
