Margaret Ann Ambrozi brought this action in the district court for Thayer County against Floyd Fry. The purpose of the action is to recover damages for personal injuries suffered in an automobile accident which she alleged was caused by the defendant's negligence in suddenly, without warning, making a left turn in front of the car in which she was riding. Trial was had. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff but assessed the amount of her recovery...
