The following recital of the pertinent facts and circumstances seems necessary. During January of 1952, one William L. Williams was engaged in the general hauling and trucking business at Rochester, Minnesota. He had one truck. It was registered in his wife's name and the Travelers Insurance Company had issued an automobile liability policy on this vehicle.
