OPINION BY ERVIN, J., July 13, 1954:

This is an appeal from the judgment and sentence of the lower court wherein the defendant was found guilty by a jury of the crime of unlawful possession of a drug, marijuana, in violation of the Act of July 11, 1917, P.L. 758, 35 PS §§ 851, 854. The defendant admitted possession of the drug but entered a plea of not guilty and set up the affirmative defense of entrapment...
