This is an appeal by plaintiffs and appellants herein, John and Tom Soter, from a judgment on a counterclaim in favor of defendant and respondent Zeke Snyder and a judgment of "no cause of action" on their suit to rescind, on the grounds of fraud and deceit in procuring a lease and a conditional sales agreement to purchase the business and equipment of a beer lounge.
