Certiorari to the industrial commission to review an award to dependents of a deceased employee.

The facts are not in dispute. Peter Lawrence Carroll was employed on January 7, 1939, at the Fergus Falls State Hospital at a weekly wage of $18.46. He contracted pulmonary tuberculosis while at such work from contact with tubercular inmates. As a consequence, he became temporarily totally disabled on January 7, 1939.
