Petitioners, residents and taxpayers of the Independent School District of the Township of Ulster, are requesting us to make an order to abolish the Independent School District of the Township of Ulster. The petition was presented to us on April 5, 1954. The hearing was had April 20th. The case was argued before us on June 29th.
