This was an action to quiet title to real estate. The plaintiff recovered and the defendants have appealed.

Plaintiff commenced the action against defendants, J.M. Supernois and the city of Newton, by filing a petition in which she stated that she was the owner in fee simple of the real estate in question and had been in the actual, peaceable, open, adverse, continuous, and exclusive possession...
