The plaintiff, Gulf Shipside Storage Corporation, instituted this suit against the defendants, Manny Moore, Louis Born, James Schwehm and Nash Wise, individually, as officers and members of the General Truck Drivers, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers Union, Local 270 A. F. of L. and as representatives of all other officers and members of that union, whose names and addresses are unknown to plaintiff and which are too numerous to name individually...
