PER CURIAM.
The defendant entered a plea of guilty to an Information charging him with operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while intoxicated in violation of Section 321.281, Code 1950, I.C.A., he having been convicted of the same offense on two other occasions, and was sentenced as provided by statute.
He has appealed to this Court and the case comes before us on the Clerk's Transcript. We have examined the record and finding no error therein...
