CROCKETT, Justice.

Four claims for wrongful death and one for personal injury arise out of a collision between a Studebaker sedan and a Garrett Freight Lines truck. Just before dawn, October 19, 1951, the Studebaker was traveling northward on U.S. Highway 91; as it rounded a long curve a short distance south of Kanosh, Utah, it collided practically head-on with the defendant's truck which was going south. Four of the five occupants of the Studebaker were killed instantly...
