This is a replevin suit which originated in the justice of the peace court on January 8, 1943, and involved the right to possession of four hogs and the claim of defendants for an agister's lien because of feeding the hogs. The case was tried in the justice court, resulting in a verdict for defendants. An appeal was taken to the circuit court
