REGAN, Judge.
Plaintiff, Mrs. Zulma Bourg, widow of Hilarus G. Bourg, and the administratrix of his succession, instituted this suit for damages in the amount of $30,000 for the wrongful death of her husband in conformity with the provisions of Section 33 of the Merchant Marine Act of 1920, known as the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688, against defendant, J.
