MAJOR, Circuit Judge.

This action was brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., to recover damages for personal injuries occasioned by the alleged negligence of defendant in failing to provide plaintiff with a reasonably safe place to work.
