The defendant, Ralph G. Dorn, registered with Local Draft Board No. 44, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 15, 1948. He filled out the Selective Service Questionnaire, SSS Form No. 100, mailed to him on February 18, 1949, and returned it to the Local Board on February 25, 1949.
