The Cadillac automobile owned and driven by Frank Dane sustained damage to the extent of $106.94, in a collision with a Chevrolet automobile owned and operated by William B. Peirce, on the afternoon of January 3, 1948, at or about the intersection of Elysian Fields Avenue and North Derbigny Street.
