This matter comes before this court on appeal from an order modifying a decree of divorce as to custody of children.

The testimony shows that the plaintiff and defendant were married September 19, 1943, when defendant was only 17 years old. At that time the plaintiff was working in the shipyards at Duluth. After the birth of the first boy they moved to Clearbrook, Minn. near where plaintiff's parents...
