This is an appeal by the Blackfeet and Gros Ventre Tribes of Indians from a final determination of the Indian Claims Commission. Blackfeet and Gros Ventre Tribes of Indians v. United States, 2 Ind. Cl.Com. 302. The appellants filed a petition with the Commission alleging four claims under the Indian Claims Commission Act, 60 Stat. 1049, 25 U.S.C.A. § 70a.
