Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in an action for damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. The case was tried by the court without a jury and it is the contention of appellant that the findings are not supported by the evidence; that they are in direct contradiction thereof; and that the conclusions of law are likewise unsupported.
