BRUNE, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellants are the caveators of the will of the late Cora A. Hinson Dunn, dated March 5th, 1949. The will was offered for probate in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County; but because of the filing of a notice of caveat, followed by the filing of an actual caveat, issues as to the validity of the will were framed in customary form and were transmitted to the Circuit Court for Baltimore County...
