This case arose out of a showing in Salt Lake City, Utah, of the movie "Look for the Silver Lining" which was a musical show based on the life story of Marilyn Miller and her rise to fame in vaudeville and musical comedy during the first two decades of this century. Secondarily, the motion picture portrayed the life of Jack Donahue, also a famous singer, dancer and comedian of that era who in fact did co-star with Marilyn Miller in two famous broadway...
