Plaintiff brought this action upon a policy of burglary insurance, and in a jury trial recovered a judgment from which the defendant has appealed.

The only assignments of error which need to be discussed are based upon the court's ruling denying the defendant's motions for a judgment of involuntary nonsuit and for a directed verdict. The question presented by these assignments...
