The facts in this case are somewhat complicated, but for the purposes of this decision the material facts may be stated as follows: On and prior to April 12, 1948, Harry Beberman was engaged in a foundry business. He then owned a foundry building, which we shall refer to as the old foundry, and had commenced building another, which we shall refer to as the new foundry.
