Appellant sued in the Small Claims Branch of the Municipal Court for damages resulting from a collision between his automobile and that of appellee. Both vehicles were proceeding south on the same street until they reached an intersection where they were stopped by a police officer. Because of an emergency the officer directed them to turn west.
