The petitioner, Anthony Pino, has come before this court on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus arising out of a deportation order predicated upon provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, with particular application to Section 241(a) (4), 8 U.S. C.A. § 1251(a) (4). This petitioner had been ordered deported upon the ground that he had been convicted after entering the United States of two crimes involving moral turpitude...
