Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, in this county, under deed dated April 19, 1938, recorded in deed book 1257, page 36; that plaintiffs Harry Ettinger and his wife own premises 43 and 45 W. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, under deed recorded in deed...
