The defendant was charged with murdering her husband, Jack Goings, by stabbing him with a knife. On her trial she was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter. Her motion for a new trial, based on the usual general grounds and two special grounds, was denied, and she has brought the present writ of error to have that judgment reviewed.
