The appellants have assigned six claims of error in this court but in view of the conclusion at which we have arrived only one main question is presented for our consideration. It is true that appellants earnestly contend that Ruth Wilgus has no standing in this case for the reason that the Court of Appeals was in error in holding that she is the owner of the buildings erected upon the premises in question ...
