The plaintiff sought to establish a trust in certain real and personal property which was the distributive share of Fred Gentry, now deceased, and which he received as the husband of Alice Gentry from her estate. He conveyed his interest in this property in the manner hereafter disclosed. The trial court held certain evidence offered by the plaintiff was not admissible and there was insufficient other evidence to substantiate her claim. It dismissed...
