Plaintiffs are the beneficiaries named in a life insurance contract issued by defendant on the life of Joseph F. Flint, husband of Jo Eddye Flint, and father of C. Jeanne Flint. The policy is for the sum of $10,000 and application therefor was made by the insured, Joseph F. Flint, on April 5, 1949. The policy was issued on May 3, 1949. The insured died on January 13, 1950.
