Plaintiff, Rose E. Crandall, the widow of Kenneth M. Crandall, was named beneficiary of an insurance policy in the amount of $10,000 issued by the defendant company. The plaintiff brought an action to recover on the policy, the defendant company having denied liability. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff has appealed.
