Plaintiff, Lois Elizabeth Barry, appeals from an order denying her motion to vacate an interlocutory judgment and decree of divorce. The motion was made pursuant to section 473, Code of Civil Procedure.

Lois Elizabeth Barry and William J. Barry were married in 1934. Both became insurance brokers and developed a business, which according to Mrs. Barry, amounted to approximately $8,500 a year from renewal premiums alone. Marital difficulties arose...
