These are appeals by the General Electric Company, hereinafter referred to as the Company, from decisions of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review allowing benefits to employes ineligible for vacation pay during a plant shutdown for vacation purposes. The facts are undisputed. Claimants were employed by the Company either at the Erie Works (Appeals Nos. 26, 27, and 28), or at the Philadelphia Works (Appeals Nos. 29...
