We are concerned here with the legal residence of a testatrix at the time of her death and whether an issue devisavit vel non should be framed.

Anna L. McFadden, a spinster, died July 21, 1950 in a nursing home in Scranton, at the age of 74. What purported to be her last will and testament was admitted to probate by the register of wills of Lackawanna County and letters testamentary were granted to Marjorie W. Gleason...
