Appellant filed a bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County requesting the court to declare either that a constructive trust existed as to the balance in four joint savings bank accounts or that the balances in the accounts were assets of the estate of appellant's late husband. The theories relied upon by appellant were: (1) that her husband by transferring funds from his savings bank accounts...
