This was an action to recover on a policy of life insurance and from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs the defendant appeals.

We note that the policy, the execution and delivery of which was admitted, was issued on March 16, 1948, effective as of February 11, 1948, and provided that New York Life Insurance Company, hereafter called the defendant, would pay $2,000 to Esther R. Hawkins, the insured...
