On June 12, 1952, defendant was charged by a bill of information with having negligently killed Mrs. George Reiser. After trial, defendant was found "Guilty as charged" and sentenced to a term of four years and eleven months in the State Penitentiary. He brings this appeal, assigning as errors the numerous bills he reserved before, during, and after the trial. As various bills of exception cover the same legal question, the bills will be consolidated...
