PER CURIAM.

Defendant appealed from a judgment rendered and entered in said court on December 12, 1953 on defendant's plea of guilty of the crime of intoxication, and was ordered committed to the county jail of Polk County, Iowa for ten days. The appeal is presented to this Court on a clerk's transcript of the record in said Municipal Court, which we have examined and find no reversible error therein.
