Decedent, Preston A. Freeman, died testate on May 23, 1943. In his will he made several specific bequests to his four children and then provided: "The Real Estate and Jewelry Stock & Fixtures to be equally devided share & share alike".

Letters of administration c. t. a. were issued to Blanche M. Siegfried and Walter M. Freeman. The personalty was administered and accounted for in the first account of the administrators...
