On September 3, 1953, at approximately 3:00 o'clock p. m. a 1950 model Tudor Ford automobile being driven by plaintiff and a 1951 model Tudor Chevrolet owned and being operated by the defendant, Richard Earl Allen, and insured against public liability and property damage by the other defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, were involved in a collision.
