At that time the conclusion was reached to await the decision of the Florida Supreme Court on a pending petition for rehearing in the divorce action between the parties. Accordingly the following unreported per curiam opinion was filed:

"These consolidated appeals bring up for review two orders entered in the Chancery Division...
