Respondents purchased certain tractors and trailers from appellant on a conditional sales contract for a total price of $26,527, of which $1,027 was paid at the time of execution of the contract on September 29, 1951, leaving a balance of $25,500 to be paid in 51 consecutive weekly installments of $500 each.
