Plaintiffs, Curtis Young and Mary Young Ferrell, instituted this chancery cause in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, against Lucy A. Young, Grover Lee Young, Glenn Roscoe Young and Bevel Young, for the purpose of having declared void a deed executed by M. L. Young direct to his wife, the defendant, Lucy A.
