This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an order determining heirship, made and entered on the 18th day of February 1952, in the district court of Powell County, Montana. Eli Stoian died on or about the 1st day of January 1949, leaving no will and leaving personal property in Montana valued in excess of $10,000. The plaintiff and appellant, Dan D.
