Plaintiff instituted this action in the Common Pleas Court of Allen County, seeking a divorce, alimony and a division of property, on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. Her petition also contains an averment that she is the owner of no property and has no income except a small monthly check received from insurance due to her ill health.
