BRETT, Judge.

The plaintiff in error, Alma Skaggs, defendant below, was charged with the offense of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors in Ada, Pontotoc county, Oklahoma. The offense was alleged to have been committed on March 28, 1953 in violation of Title 37, O.S. 1951 § 82. She was tried and convicted by a jury, her punishment fixed at 6 months in the county jail and a $150 fine; judgment and sentence was entered accordingly and made to run concurrently...
