This suit, of equitable cognizance, was brought by the plaintiffs, C.E. Claxton and C.C. Claxton, to quiet their title, founded upon a resale tax deed, to a fifty acre tract of land in Carter County, Oklahoma, as against the defendants, Harriet Boone, nee Frazier, the original allotted and owner, and Edwin B.
