Two groups of people, each claiming to be the rightful trustees and officers of Wilbur Mission Church, asserted exclusive authority to withdraw church funds on deposit with State Bank of Wilbur. Confronted with these conflicting claims, the bank instituted this action in interpleader, naming the church and W.A. Kincaid, R.L. Stone, and Mabel M. Kitt as defendants. Plaintiff deposited with the clerk of the court the church funds, in the amount of $522.28...
