The respondents are licensed dispensing opticians in Pinellas County. The petitioners are members of and constitute the State Board of Dispensing Opticians, as provided for by Chapter 484 F.S. 1951, F.S.A. The petitioners adopted certain rules and regulations with reference to licensed practicing dispensing opticians to which respondents objected. There was evidently some prior correspondence between respondent Lawton and the petitioners which culminated...
